Shipping and clearance

The parcels shall be sent to the exhibition address in the name (The Jordanian Publishers Association), and the attached address form shall be attached to it after writing it in a clear handwriting
The value of the bill of lading is paid in advance by the participating party, and shipping by postal parcels is not accepted, and the exhibition management is not responsible for clearance.
Parcels are sealed for damage, and Etihad is not responsible for any damage that may arise during shipment
The participating entity sends the necessary documents for clearance by express mail or by express transport, which are:
Bill of Lading (original)
Filling sheet (original + 3 photos)
Total invoice in the sent books (original + 3 photos)
A letter from the participating entity to manage the exhibition authorizing it to receive parcels, clear them, transport them and pay legal fees, and the party participating in this letter undertakes to pay the financial obligations resulting from this authorization in the exhibition
